Sometimes, finding the right ATV for your needs, can be difficult. Polaris ATV in Canada are here to offer you a variety of options with four models that will help you find exactly what you need.

The Sportsman models in the 2023 Polaris lineup are all different, but your Polaris dealer, Thibault Marine, is here to ensure you better understand their differences and assist you in making the right choice.

Why Choose a Polaris in 2023?

Whether you want to enjoy the trails or plan to work on harder-to-navigate or harder-to-reach terrains, Sportsman ATVs are designed to entertain you as much as they are to help you work.

With five models available, among which one for kids, there is probably a Sportsman that will appeal to you both in terms of capability and price.

Sportsman 450 & 570: Utility Models

Since one of its main utilities is its towing capacity, the Sportsman 450 comes with a standard hitch.

Here are some of the Sportsman 450 features that make it an interesting working tool:

  • A 33-horsepower engine
  • A towing capacity of 1350 pounds
  • A cargo capacity of 485 pounds
  • 12-inch steel wheels
  • It measures 210.8 cm long, 121.9 cm wide and 119.4 cm high

The Polaris Sportsman 570 has the same towing capacity, the same dimensions and stands on the same type of wheels as the 450.

In fact, the 450 and the 570 are the same vehicle with one major exception.

The difference is in the 44-horsepower engine of the Polaris Sportsman 570. This more powerful engine allows it to offer a better recreational experience and better off-road capabilities.

This compromise between utility, fun and economy makes the 570 one of the best-selling ATVs as well as the preferred choice in the Sportsman lineup.

Yet, this doesn’t mean that the 850 and the 1000 don’t have their merits; sometimes we just want more of a good thing.

Sportsman 850 & 1000: Maximum Power

With its 78-horsepower engine, the Sportsman 850 has a towing capacity of 1,500 pounds and a utility load of 575 pounds.

It’s also a little bit more massive than the other two models, measuring 211.4 cm long, 120.9 cm wide and 128.9 cm high.

The Sportsman 1000 shares the same dimensions, towing capacity and utility load as the 850.

However, the Sportsman 1000, the ultimate Polaris Sportsman in terms of power, has a ProStar engine capable of generating 90 horsepower.

In addition to this engine, this Sportsman has a few other unique features, such as:

  • 14-inch aluminum tires
  • Polaris HD winch included, capable of pulling up to 3,500 pounds
  • An electric power steering system

In short, the Sportsman 1000 is equipped to provide you with the ultimate Sportsman experience, both for recreation and work.

2023 Polaris Sportsman 110: An Option for Kids

The Sportsman 110 is the smallest in the family of Polaris ATV in Canada, especially because it is designed for little ones.

With a length of 155.6 cm, a width of 93.3 cm and a height of 97.8 cm, it is intended to be accessible for the youngest.

With its 112cc engine, it can reach a speed of 48 km/h, but this can be easily limited thanks to the speed limiter included with the model. The Sportsman 110 also comes with a programmed top speed of 24 km/h for added safety. Thanks to the Sportsman 110, you can now enjoy the outdoors with your whole family.
